Obverse: Features a portrait of Sir Frank Worrell, a famous West Indian cricketer and diplomat, on the right side. The national coat of arms of Barbados is prominently displayed to the left. The serial number "G10 032534" is printed twice, on the upper left and lower right. The denomination "$5" is located on the upper corners and the lower left and right. The text "CENTRAL BANK OF BARBADOS" and "FIVE DOLLARS" are printed across the top and center, respectively, with the Governor's signature below. 
Obverse lettering: CENTRAL BANK OF BARBADOS, THESE NOTES ARE LEGAL TENDER FOR THE PAYMENT OF ANY AMOUNT, FIVE DOLLARS, G10 032534, SIR FRANK WORRELL.
Reverse: Depicts a view of the Parliament Buildings of Barbados located in Bridgetown. The lush landscape and bridge over the Constitution River can also be seen. The denomination "$5" is shown in each corner, and "Central Bank of Barbados" is printed at the top of the note.
