Shipping policy

Usually, the order processing time is 1–3 business days, depending on the warehouse where the item is located. Processing time refers to the period we need to verify your payment, prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. This timeframe does not include weekends, public holidays, or the actual transit time once the package has been dispatched.

Delivery time begins after the order has been shipped and is the period it takes for the package to reach you. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United Kingdom: 1–3 business days on average

International: 8–15 business days on average
