2011 Albania 1000 Leke Banknote

Obverse: Features a portrait of the Albanian national hero Pjetër Bogdani, a renowned writer and scholar, on the left side. His profile is surrounded by intricate patterns, and behind his portrait is a sunburst motif. The denomination "1000" is printed vertically on the far left and horizontally on the bottom right. The serial number "SZ787575" is printed twice—on the upper right and lower left. The Albanian double-headed eagle emblem is located on the lower right. 
Obverse lettering: BANKA E SHQIPERISE, NJEMIJE LEKE, SZ787575, 1000.
Reverse: Depicts the historic Saint Anthony Church in Rodon, an important cultural and religious site in Albania. Next to it is a circular geometric design, symbolizing the link between Albania’s past and future. The denomination "1000" is printed vertically on the left and horizontally on the right. The note also features the signature of the Governor and Director on the lower left.
