1985 Bolivia 10,000,000 Pesos Bolivianos

Obverse: Issued by the Banco Central de Bolivia under Supreme Decree No. 20732 (March 8, 1985), this high-denomination emergency note features a portrait of a Bolivian man wearing a traditional hat on the left within a red circular frame. The center contains the text CHEQUE DE GERENCIA (Manager’s Check) and the denomination Diez Millones de Pesos Bolivianos (10 Million). The serial number “03887255” is printed at the top right. The signatures of the Gerente General (General Manager) and Presidente appear at the bottom.
Obverse lettering: BANCO CENTRAL DE BOLIVIA, CHEQUE DE GERENCIA, DIEZ MILLONES DE PESOS BOLIVIANOS, 10.000.000.
Reverse: Displays ornate multicolored guilloche patterns with the central inscription BCB (Banco Central de Bolivia). The denomination “10.000.000” is repeated around the design.
