Obverse: Printed in red, with denomination “10 CENTS” at center within an ornate guilloche design. Chinese characters for the value appear on both sides. Lettering: “GOVERNMENT OF HONGKONG.” Serial number at lower left. Small text reads: “These notes are legal tender for the payment of any amount not exceeding two dollars.” Signature of the Financial Secretary at lower right.
Reverse: Printed in blue, featuring decorative patterns with central denomination “10” in both Arabic numerals and Chinese characters. Denomination “10c” in each corner. Lettering: “GOVERNMENT OF HONGKONG.”
