Paolo Cazzaniga (Rome) - Compact - Box - 18kt gold - Diamonds

Description: A beautiful example of a compact / powder box in 18 kt tri-color gold. The hinged lid is decorated with mushroom motifs with rose gold stems, a white gold insert with three single-cut diamonds in each, and a yellow gold hat. Surrounding these are white gold branches with yellow gold leaves. The central branch contains 17 single-cut diamonds. In total, the top features 26 single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.13 ct. (SI/P - G/H). The bottom also features a decoration of mushrooms and branches. The base on which the decoration is applied is designed in a snake motif. The box opens with a click clasp, the button of which is set with three baguette-cut diamonds approximately 2.36 x 1.63 mm each (VS/SI – G/H). Inside, there is a mirror on one side and space for the powder section on the other.
