At center, a detailed vignette of Cerro de Potosí and the city below. Denomination “5” appears in each corner and “CINCO BOLIVIANOS” at the bottom. Serial number “069594” printed twice in red. Issued by Banco Central de Bolivia, La Paz. Text includes “Ley de 20 de Julio de 1928.” Printed signatures of bank officials at bottom.
Reverse: Coat of arms of Bolivia at center, surrounded by intricate guilloche patterns. Denomination “5” in each corner and “CINCO BOLIVIANOS” at bottom. Issued by Banco Central de Bolivia.
