The postcard features an image of the Central Station in Antwerp (Anvers in French), a grand and imposing structure viewed from the station square, "Place de la Gare" (Statieplein). The ornate architecture of the station is prominently displayed, showcasing its large, domed roof and detailed stonework, which blends various architectural styles, including neo-Renaissance and Baroque elements. The station, often referred to as one of the most beautiful train stations in the world, was built between 1895 and 1905, designed by Louis Delacenserie.
The back of the postcard is blank, with sections for correspondence and an address. It is printed in both French and Dutch, as is common in Belgium, reflecting the bilingual nature of the country. The publisher’s details are printed along the left side: "Edit. E. Blomme, 30, rue Beyerd, Anvers."
