Simona Zecca - Eve

"Eve" is an original oil painting on canvas with gold leaf, 40x40 cm.
The figure appears soft and luminous, with pink tones and light garments, almost ethereal. The fruit, on the other hand, is intense, glossy, and a brilliant red. I wanted this contrast to suggest the encounter between vulnerability and passion, purity and impulse. The decorative background, golden and patterned, does not depict a realistic setting: it seems suspended, almost like a mental tapestry. My idea was to give the painting a contemplative tone, as if it depicted an intimate and interior moment.
