Scheveningen, located near The Hague, became a popular seaside destination in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Wealthy Dutch and international visitors flocked to its long sandy beaches and luxurious spa hotels, including the iconic Kurhaus.
The reverse side follows a Dutch "Briefkaart" (Carte Postale) format.
