This postcard showcases a prominent building in Tripoli, Libya, during the Italian colonial period. The image features the "Casino – Café-Cinema," a cultural and social hub for European residents and visitors in the city. 
The reverse side includes a handwritten message dated December 12, 1912, reading "Buon Natale a tutti" (Merry Christmas to all) and addressed to Signor Tommaso Sutola, Delegato di P.S. in Novara Inferiore, Italy. The card is postmarked and carries the markings of the early Italian postal system in Libya.
