Auction Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before participating in our auctions. By placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Currency
    All bids and payments must be made in £GBP (British Pounds Sterling).
    Bidding and checkout for winning auctions are only available in this currency.
    If you select a different currency while browsing the website, auction items added to your basket may not be visible. To view and complete checkout for auction items, please ensure £GBP is selected as your currency during the checkout process. If you would like to make payment in a different currency, please email us — an invoice will be created manually.

 

2. Bidding Process

  • Each bid placed is a binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the highest bidder when the auction ends.

  • Bid increments are determined automatically based on the current bid amount:

£2,500.00 – £4,999.99 £50.00
£5,000.00 and up £100.00

3. Auction End and Early Termination

  • The auction may end early at the seller’s discretion.

4. Winning and Payment

  • The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be considered the winning bidder.

  • Full payment must be made in £GBP through the provided checkout system. If you would like to make payment in a different currency, please email us — an invoice will be created manually.

  • Non-payment may result in the cancellation of the order and restriction from future auctions.

5. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery is charged per order, not per item.

  • UK (local) shipping: £1.50 per order

  • International shipping: £4.00 per order

  • Combined shipping is available for multiple auction wins placed within 7 days.

  • You do not need to pay separately for each lot. Simply add each lot you win to your basket and proceed to checkout once you're ready, within the 7-day window.

  • There is no need to wait for an invoice — the system will automatically calculate and apply the correct shipping rate at checkout.

6. Seller Rights

  • The seller reserves the right to remove or cancel any listing at any time.

  • The seller may block bids from users with poor feedback or a record of non-payment.

7. Item Description and Condition

  • All items are sold as shown and described. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before bidding.

  • Questions about an item must be submitted before placing a bid.

8. Final Terms

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated or required by law.

  • By bidding, you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions stated above.
