The Who are a British rock band from London, considered one of the greatest rock and roll
bands of all time, with over 100 million records sold. The band's first live appearances date back
to 1964, with the original lineup: Pete Townshend (guitarist and songwriter of most of the songs),
Roger Daltrey (vocals), John Entwistle (electric bass), and Keith Moon (drums). After the death
of Keith Moon in 1978 and John Entwistle in 2002, Townshend and Daltrey continued to release
new albums and perform the band's songs live.
