Obverse: Features a portrait of Manuel Belgrano, an Argentine economist, lawyer, and military leader who created the Argentine flag, on the right side. The denomination "10,000" is displayed in the top left and bottom right corners. A large blue stamp marks the conversion of the note to "A10 Diez Australes" after the currency change in 1985. The serial number "21568717 C" is printed in black on both the upper right and lower left sides.
Obverse lettering: BANCO CENTRAL DE LA REPUBLICA ARGENTINA, DIEZ MIL PESOS ARGENTINOS, 10,000, A10 DIEZ AUSTRALES, MANUEL BELGRANO.
Reverse: Depicts a scene of the creation of the Argentine flag ("Creación de la Bandera Argentina") by Manuel Belgrano, with soldiers and cannons around him. The denomination "10,000" is displayed on both sides, along with the stamp marking the note’s conversion to australes.
